At Handglowflame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your indoor plant must meet the following conditions:

  • The plant must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • The plant must be in its original condition
  • The plant must show signs of damage or health issues that existed at the time of purchase
  • You must have proof of purchase

We will provide you with return instructions and may request photos of the plant's condition.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued for:

  • Plants that arrive damaged or unhealthy
  • Incorrect plants shipped due to our error
  • Defective products

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Plants that have been damaged due to improper care after purchase
  • Plants returned after 14 days from the purchase date
  • Plants without proof of purchase
  • Custom or special order plants

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for plants of equal value if the original plant is defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.

Return Shipping

If your return is due to our error (damaged plant, wrong item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable plants.

Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants leave our facility in healthy condition. If your plant shows signs of poor health within 7 days of delivery that are not due to care issues, please contact us immediately for assistance.
