Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

We may offer exchanges for plants of equal value if the original plant is defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.
If your return is due to our error (damaged plant, wrong item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable plants.

We guarantee that all plants leave our facility in healthy condition. If your plant shows signs of poor health within 7 days of delivery that are not due to care issues, please contact us immediately for assistance.
